Dr. Prophet Rhema M. Ngoy serves as the Director of Global Partnerships & Mission Strategy at The Well Projects, where he brings global insight, strategic guidance, spiritual counsel and a strong voice for advocacy. He is the Senior Pastor and Overseer of Divine Grace Gathering Int'l and the visionary founder of Rhema Ngoy Ministries, a nonprofit organization with a mission to establish and expand the Kingdom of God across the globe and make disciples of all nations.

A lifelong student and servant-leader, Dr. Prophet Rhema holds two Doctorates in Theology, along with advanced studies in leadership and international relations. He has ministered on every continent, reaching diverse communities with a message of faith, healing, and empowerment. His work is rooted in a deep calling to meet both the spiritual and physical needs of people through the gospel and compassionate action.
