Dr. Nana is a compassionate Family Physician serving the Minneapolis, Minnesota community, where she brings healing, empathy and a deep commitment to whole-person care. Outside of medicine, she finds joy in traveling with her husband and two children, capturing life through photography and sharing her love for food on the cooking channel.
Her heart for service was profoundly shaped by her late father's legacy of generosity. In his honor, she launched Project Isaac - a movement dedicated to spreading kindness, uplifting communities and transforming lives through intentional acts of love and service.
As the Director of Medical Missions & Community Wellness at The Well Projects, Dr. Nana brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and purpose-driven leadership to the organization's outreach. She helps advance the mission of meeting physical needs while spreading the hope of Christ through tangible care.
In her medical practice, Dr. Nana finds purpose in building meaningful connections and empowering patients to take ownership of their health journeys. She believes in meeting people where they are and equipping them to become advocates for their own well-being. Her ultimate passion lies in helping individuals become the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves - inside and out.
